Carr's Mill. 

This former windmill stands close to the Rogerstown Estuary (visible in the background). It is on an elevated location in Rahillion. The mill crushed corn for local farmers and also for farmers from Rush who crossed the estuary at Raheen point. (Source: History of the parish of Donabate)
